Career

Romain holds a DESS 225 Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering degree from Paris-Dauphine University.

He began his career in Corporate financing at ABN AMRO (OBC) in 2002 and then moved to the financial audit area with Ernst & Young. There, he played a key role in the audit of large corporations such as British Petroleum.

Romain joined the Michael Page group in 2005 and became Senior Associate with Michael Page Executive Search in 2009 in charge of financial services. He was then promoted to Associate Director of Coleridge & Valmore, the group’s headhunting entity, in January 2011.

At the end of 2012, he founded Tillerman Executive Search, a firm dedicated to Expert and Executive Senior Management search.

Career

A chartered accountant, Bertrand Revol began his career with Ernst and Young and Grant Thornton.

In 2000, after six years of audit activities, he joined the finance division of Michael Page. In 2004, he was put in charge of financial executive recruitment. In 2006, he helped to set up Michael Page Executive Search, followed by Coleridge & Valmore, an entity dedicated exclusively to executive search by direct approach. For 7 years, he handled mandates in the services, industry and distribution sectors.

Eager to set up his own business, he left the group at the end of March 2014, created his own structure and joined the Tillerman Executive Search network.

Career

With a degree in Economic Science from Paris II Assas and Euromed in 1999, Nicolas Bauer was naturally drawn to the real estate industry, a family interest.

Following an initial experience in private sales, he joined Bourdais, the leading business property consulting firm at the time, initially to work on commercial development, then as an investment analyst. Nicolas next moved to Immacor, a structure dedicated to works management assistance and consulting for real estate firms. He first held a sales position, and then drove a diversification subsidiary of the group, specialized in events and sports management.

Following four rich years, Nicolas returned to his first passion, real estate, where he has been active for close to 10 years as a specialised recruitment consultant with 2 leading consultancy firms, one specialised in direct approach of a top level population of high-level executives and experts.

Finally, Nicolas Bauer decided to create his own structure and joined the Tillerman Executive Search network in March 2014.

With a Master 2 degree in taxation from Paris II-Assas University, following his degree, Arnaud began his career at the MEDEF Tax affairs department.

In 1998, he joined Landwell & Associés, the PriceWaterhouseCoopers law firm in Paris as a tax lawyer.

Since 2000, Arnaud has specialised in the recruitment of lawyers, tax lawyers, legal directors, tax directors and associate lawyers and partners.

Arnaud initially worked for five years in the legal and tax practices of a leading Anglo-Saxon law firm.

In 2006, he joined an international direct approach firm, where he developed the Tax & Legal practice.

Career

Following a first career in professional sport, Steve began his second specializing in recruitment. In 2002 he joined the Michael Page group in the UK where he was quickly promoted to Regional Manager before a transfer to Paris in 2006 to establish the Michael Page Executive brand in Europe.

Steve moved ‘in-house’ by taking on the role of Global Director of Talent Acquisition for Synovate/Ipsos. Whilst here, he further enhanced his reputation as an experienced international recruiter as well as Business Partner - executive talent management.

Following a desire to establish his own business, Steve left Ipsos to create his own structure and joined the Tillerman Executive Search network in 2015.

A graduate of the European Business School, Jérôme began his career in 2006 with a US brokerage firm in New York, working more specifically on cash equity and fixed income.

On his return to France, he joined the executive search department of a leading Anglo-Saxon firm in 2007 and became head of research for the financial and property sectors.

At the beginning of 2013, he set up his own structure, a member of the Tillerman Executive Search network.

After graduating from a High Business School in Paris, Jean began his career in 1997 as a Regional Sales Manager for Lefranc & Bourgeois Company (colours and material for artists) He then joined the Italian motorcycle company Aprilia where he remained for 2 years in the role of Marketing & Communication Manager for France.

In 2000, Jean decided to join the Michael Page Group as a Consultant specializing in recruiting Sales, Marketing & Communication profiles. In 2003, he became Executive Manager in charge of a team of Consultants while continuing the recruitment of Middle Management & Executive profiles with a focus on the Consumer Markets & Retail sectors.

In 2007, Jean joined Alexander Hughes Executive Search as Client Partner. He oversaw their Consumer Markets, Luxury & Retail Practice in Europe, with a deep expertise of any Board Members positions, Managers & Talent Acquisition. At the beginning of 2017, Jean decided to join Tillerman Executive Search as Partner, in charge of the Consumer Markets, Fashion Industry, Retail & Luxury Practice.

Fluent in English, he splits his time between Paris & The Netherlands where his family is now located. He is also able to complete searches across the Benelux region.
