Professional history

Kahina Imessaoudène is graduated of the École Supérieure de la Banque (ITB – CFPB). She began her career in retail banking, where she worked as a branch manager for nearly ten years. She notably managed the Paris branches of Crédit du Nord and BRED Banque Populaire. Her responsibilities included:

  • Sales promotion and customer portfolio development
  • Supervision of business profitability
  • Team management

 

At BRED, she specifically assisted a diverse clientele (SMEs, professionals, retailers, property investors) with financing and investment issues.

In 2023, driven by her passion for management and human relations, Kahina made the transition to recruitment by joining Reactive Executive, a firm specialising in interim management. As an assignment director, she leveraged her expertise in the banking sector to support multi-sector companies in strategic contexts of transformation, transition or reorganisation.
