Stéphanie Utasse

After starting her career in recruitment at RIVERCHELLES, Stéphanie Utasse joined the eponymous firm CHANTAL BAUDRON SAS. For more than 20 years, she learned and practiced sourcing and direct approach of candidates. This experience led her to the status of Senior Researcher.

From the briefing to the presentation of candidates, Stéphanie forms a real team with each consultant she accompanies. Throughout the assignment process, she shares her experience, best practices and best talent selection techniques.

With a strong know-how in multi-sector and multi-business sourcing, she was then entrusted with the responsibility of the Sourcing division. Team management, management and distribution of the schedule, contacts with job boards and schools. But also social media strategy, management of the new ATS software, monitoring of new sourcing methods. Stéphanie has been able to support her team with great professionalism and innovative tools.

She obtained her “Recruiter Marketing, Engagement and Sourcing” certification in 2018 at the École du Recrutement (Paris 9ème).

In 2022, looking for a new professional challenge in recruitment, Stéphanie decided to join Tillerman Executive Search. Her sectorial knowledge, her best practices, her reactivity, her perseverance and her shared values have strengthened the Excellence of the firm.
