Arnaud Moretti – Tillerman IM

Tillerman IM Partner - Interim Management

Partner

Arnaud Moretti joined Tillerman IM, the Interim Management subsidiary of Tillerman Executive Search, in 2024 as a Partner. Having been in charge of developing and structuring the Transition Management offering within major firms and interim management companies for almost 20 years, he brings a wealth of expertise to Tillerman.

Tillerman IM’s service offering is designed to support companies facing emergency situations requiring the immediate intervention of experts for a defined period of time. These situations are encountered in the context of internal or external growth cycles, restructuring, crisis, transformation or any other day-to-day difficulties.

Professional history

A Cartesian by nature, Arnaud Moretti studied finance. With a Master’s degree in Management Control and Auditing from Paris Dauphine University, he completed his studies in Edinburgh with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance.

After starting out in auditing, he joined the corporate world as a financial controller. Attracted by the service sector, particularly hotels and restaurants, he joined the Nouvelles Frontières Group in 2001, in a post-buyout context. For 7 years, he was involved in numerous transformation and restructuring projects: change management, reorganization of the finance function, deployment of tools, staff transfers, redundancy plans, sale of assets. As financial controller, he worked successively in the IT and functional departments. He then took charge of the Group’s hotels in terms of operational and financial management. This last experience led him to develop strong sales and representation dynamics, in addition to his finance role. His rich and varied human encounters in many countries with multiple cultures shaped him and prompted him to reconsider his professional career.

Stimulated by the desire to devote more time to people, he turned to recruitment to advise companies and candidates. Consulting, project management, transformation management in crisis or emergency situations: he wanted to put all his operational experience to good use. Interim Management was an obvious choice. For 14 years, Arnaud devoted himself exclusively to developing and structuring this solution. As Associate Director, he worked for Robert Walters and Michael Page, where he met some of the founding partners of Tillerman Executive Search.

His need for autonomy and his curiosity for entrepreneurship led him to create Moretti Transition in June 2021.

After 3 years in business, crowned with some fine achievements, Arnaud was caught up by the desire to join forces. He quickly decided to join the Tillerman Partners, attracted by their team spirit, values of excellence, agility and accessibility. In search of emulation, he found in this association the ideal formula for “playing in individual tournaments as well as in teams”. Word of a seasoned tennis player.
