Nathalie Pocreau

Nathalie is an International Law graduate from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University and holds a Business Management Certificate from New York University. She began her career as a Finance and IT Recruitment Manager for the ASTEK Group, a specialist IT technology and services consultant.

After her corporate recruitment experience, she joined a Parisian headhunting consulting firm for Information Systems, Finance, IT and Intellectual Services Purchasing. This initial consulting firm experience enabled her to develop her knowledge of Information Systems and IT professions.

In 2011, Nathalie pursued her career as a headhunter when she joined Michael Page, an anglo-saxon firm. Nathalie joined the Information Systems Division as a Senior Consultant before being appointed Senior Executive Manager. When she was promoted to Partner in 2017, Nathalie was assigned the task of relaunching and managing the Contracting and IT Transition Management Divisions which she did with commitment and excellence.

At the beginning of 2021, she was ready for a new career challenge as an entrepreneur and she became a Partner at Tillerman Executive Search with the exciting challenge of setting up and managing the Firm’s IT, Digital and Consultancy Division.
